Frank J. Spina, Vice President of Regulatory Compliance

Frank Spina is the regulatory specialist for FannoTek. He comes to the company with a rich background in science and management. A consultant at the National Cancer Institute, Mr. Spina is also a founding partner of Synthos Corporation, a technology solutions provider in strategy, process, and systems consulting. Under Mr. Spina’s direction, Synthos concentrates on web-based systems for the creation, storage, retrieval, and reporting of electronic health records.

Mr. Spina was a Clinical Data Management Consultant for Oracle Corporation, and served as the Associate Director of R&D Systems for Johnson & Johnson where he was the IT representative to Global Regulatory Affairs Senior Leadership. He has also developed databases for FDA-approved IND clinical studies in a variety of therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular, oncology, gastrointestinal, immunology, CNS, and respiratory diseases.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975.
